Voting

The last three weeks we have been busy doing Elections within our school. We have split our class into four groups with seven to eight students pre group, organising their portfolio for their Ministry, for example; Minister of Lunches. Our voting forms were designed by the students and one form was selected by me and used for all our students and staff to vote on Wednesday 20th September. The students will be postings their portfolio on this blogg page.

Kapa Haka

Yesterday, Thursday 21 September, our went to perform at the Bay of Islands Primary Schools Annual Cultural Festival. There were 18 other groups who performed and it was exciting for all our whanau to watch us. We had a very short programme of 9 minutes and 41 seconds which was well within the 15 minute time frame allowed. As tutor of our whole school group, I was extremely proud of their performance.
